Study Center access is only available for students with an active tuition subscription. If you cannot login to the Study Center it is likely because your tuition subscription has been suspended or cancelled. When a tuition subscription is interrupted, the Study Center account is suspended until tuition arrangements are made.
If you wish to re-activate your tuition subscription, do the following:
- Login to the CLAA website (not the Study Center).
- Confirm that your tuition subscription is cancelled. If not, cancel your subscription.
- Create a new tuition subscription.
- Contact the CLAA office informing us that your tuition subscription is active and we will re-activate your Study Center account.
Please note that when a Study Center account is suspended, no student progress is lost. Once the tuition subscription is re-activated, the student will be able to pick up where he left off.
