Word-by-word Translation of the closing prayer of the Rosary:

Deus (O God), cuius (whose) Unigenitus (only-begotten Son) per (by) vitam (life), mortem (death) et (and) resurrectionem (resurrection) suam (His own) nobis (for us) salutis aeternae (of eternal salvation) praemia (the gifts) comparavit (acquired): concede (grant), quaesumus (we pray); ut (that), haec mysteria (these mysteries) [[sacratissimo [beatae Mariae Virginis (of the blessed Virgin Mary)] Rosario]] (in the most holy Rosary) recolentes (meditating on), et (both) imitemur (we may imitate) quod (what) continent (they contain), et (and) quod (what) promittunt (they promise), assequamur (we may obtain). Per (Through) eundem (the same) Christum (Christ) Dominum (Lord) nostrum (our). Amen.

Note the difficult passage in the middle:

    haec mysteria (these mysteries)

    ⎧sacratissimo
⎪――beatae Mariae Virginis (of the blessed Virgin Mary)
⎩Rosario (in the most holy Rosary)

    recolentes (meditating on)

Translation: “meditating on these mysteries in the most holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary…”
