Dear friends,
All assignments that have been submitted as of Sunday March 12, 2023 have been graded and recorded.
Quality of student work was poorer than usual and I'd like to make a few requests of parents:
- Please review student work before it is submitted.
- Make sure that students follow the instructions for each assignment.
- Make sure all tasks are being completed for each lesson.
- Please make sure students have the help they need to succeed.
Assignments are one part of each lesson. They are graded with the assumption that all of the other tasks are being completed under parental (i.e., homeschool) supervision.
When help is needed, students are welcome to post questions on the student forums on the course pages. More intense, one-on-one help is available through private tutoring.
Students must take initiative to seek help. That is what it means to be a "student" -- one who is seeking.
