The prophet Abraham was known to be a father of ancient mathematics.

The Quadrivium is the study of four arts: Arithmetic, Geometry, Music and Astronomy, as explained in the Curriculum Overview.  In the Classical Liberal Arts Academy, we offer courses in each of the four classical mathematical arts, studying Taylor’s summary of the teachings of Boethius, Nicomachus and the Pythagoreans on Arithmetic, Euclid’s Elements of Geometry, Boethius’ Art of Music, and Ptolemy’s Almagest (Astronomy).

We also offer courses in the modern mathematical arts, which are necessary for modern school and testing requirements.  These include modern Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry.
