Sciences
The Classical Liberal Arts Academy offers a careful and principled study of the Modern Sciences—such as biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science—taught with respect for the limits of scientific inquiry and the order of natural knowledge. In these courses, students are guided beyond textbook summaries and popular theories to understand scientific concepts through observation, reasoning, and clear distinction between empirical findings and speculative interpretation. Through disciplined study and sober evaluation of scientific claims, the CLAA’s Modern Sciences program forms students to think accurately about the natural world while remaining grounded in philosophical realism and the harmony of faith and reason. All courses include online course access, study materials, assessments, grading, records, and on-demand support.
