How can I see my children’s grades?

To see your children’s grades, two things are necessary:

  1. You must have a user account in the CLAA Study Center.
  2. You must be assigned as the “Parent” for each child’s Study Center account. This privilege must be added manually by the CLAA office and is only available for parents subscribed to our Family Plan or Premium Family Plan subscriptions.

After this is set up, do the following:

  1. Login to your (parent) user account.
  2. On the Dashboard, select the student from the “Students” box on the right.
This will open the student’s profile page.
  3. To view Overall Grades: On the profile page, select “Grades Overview” under “Reports” to see the student’s average grade in each course.
  4. To view Individual Course Grades: On the profile page, select the desired Course under “Course Details”. Then, on course profile page, select “Grades” under “Reports”.
