What kind of exercise do you like to do?

I like to walk around our property, sometimes taking my rabbits with me (which often requires me to run to keep up with them), and my siblings and I play all sorts of games like tag and soccer (which is more of just kicking a ball around than real soccer, but it's still fun).

I like to do preacher curls, which are a bicep exercise. I also like to run and play basketball.

I put it on 4 and I hit the Wall.
Later I put it on ten and I was perfectly fine.
