log in woes

My student typed their password and user name wrong too many times and received this message when logging into the forums:

You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed.
In addition to your username and password the invisible reCAPTCHA v3 will be used to authenticate your session.

The problem is that no CAPTCHA screen pops up for her to use for the authentication.
