This week, I will be bringing on a number of students who will be learning to perform general support work in the Classical Liberal Arts Academy. Live chat will be available for all users most hours of the day, which will be a radical improvement in support.
To make this possible, I must return to the support software we had used several years ago, which I will be doing this week. This is just a matter of technical details behind the scenes, and should not make much difference on the user side.
The current system (tickets, etc.) will remain accessible until Christmas break.
I’m excited to have students begin working in support and trust that you will all be encouraged by their eagerness to help.
